High In The Sky

The boys also got a trampoline for Christmas and it has been a life saver for burning off a lot of "little boy" energy! Dylan and Austin were over one day and were showing the boys how to do back flips and to jump off of the play structure. Lucky for me John was already in the process of putting up the safety net (thus the poles sticking up on the side) and so my boys never got a chance to try. DARN!

Little People City

Addison, Nicholas, & I decided for our morning activity one day to get out all the Little People and make a Little People City. We have been collecting Little People now for 7 years and I knew we had a lot but did not realize just how much we really had until we got it all out. Eliza is into hugging everything so had to hug every person she picked up but we had several hours of fun playing. It was even amusing for me to watch Mary (from the Nativity) and Noah's wife driving the school bus and flying the helecopter.

We told Nicholas that in a few weeks (three to be exact) we were going to have a "Big Boy" Party and have cup cakes and celebrate him becoming a Big Boy and it would be time to throw away all "Binkies" and to go potty in the big boy potty. Apparently he felt he needed to get the most out of every Binky he could find at that time!

Mommy's Little Helper

Eliza's new favorite thing to do is climb in the dishwasher and give the spoons her spit shine! Anytime the dishwasher is opened to be unloaded she will push the bottom shelf back in climb up on the door and test out the spoons. Between two cycles in the dishwasher and her spit shine inbetween they are sparkling.

Here we are over a week later, and I am finally getting back to the blog and picking up where I left off. Vincent was not the only one who recieved a "Power Wheel" for Christmas. The boys had a lot of fun driving up and down the steet and around the block too. Eliza had a lot of fun riding in the Mustang with Addison, and would squeal and scream as Addison drover her around.

Vincent's exciting gift from Christmas!

For Christmas this year Great Grandma Vincent knitted all her great grandkids hats. We did not get snow here, but we woke up one morning to frost so the boys tried out thier winter gear. We hope to take them to see snow before the season ends.
