Playing At The Park

After feeding the ducks and geese we went to the park to play for awhile.

Higher

Eliza loved the swings at the park. It made me nervous as they were not baby swings, but she held on really tight and I made sure John or I held on too. I had John take over swinging her so I could take this video because it is too funny. She is laughing and saying "Higher" John is saying too, but she started it first. He is just repeating her. Addison had just joined her on the swing for the video but we don't know how she knew to say "Higher" it was just really cute.

Feeding the Ducks at Murray Park

For a family activity we went to Murray Park to feed the ducks. A LOT of other people had the same idea as us so the ducks were not really that hungry or interested that we brought them bread. We had a few come and go and graze on the gobs of bread the kids had thrown in before we stopped them to wait for some ducks or geese to come eat it. Vincent gave us a lesson on the different between ducks and geese and that some of the geese where actually Canadian Geese (John and I came home and I looked it up on the Internet and they did look exactly like the ones he was telling us were Canadian Geese). Where does he come up with all this???? After one Goose got brave and came up on the ground right by us the kids fed it until it had had its share and left back into the pond we packed up and left too. We were going to play at the park there in Murry park but since there were so many people there we headed to the park that is in our housing complex. It is not as big but there are rarely people there.

Lost Teeth

Over the Christmas Break Vincent lost 3 teeth. His top two front ones and one on the bottom. Now he has a nice new smile and a lisp to go along with it.

I DID IT

seven hours later I did three weeks of posts. I am so proud of myself! Can't figure out why some pictures are small and some are large when I did it all the same, but none the less it is done!

Sherwood Forest Park

For our second day we went and got Taco Bell and took it to the park where the kids ran around and played with their Uncle David and his friend MyViet (Me-V-et)

2nd Trip to Paso/Play-date with Sofia

a week after we came home from my parents house we went back for a two day trip this time. My brother and his wife came for a visit from up north so we went over to say howdy. the first day we got there we went to lunch with my mom and Sofia (the little girl she takes care of that is one day younger then Eliza). Then we headed back to her house to play for the afternoon. The girls did not know what to think of each other and just kept referring to each other as "baby" and the last hour Sofia was there they decided they could play together and call each other by their names.
